Access and use by you of the Huntington Travel Inc. website constitute acceptance by you of these Terms and conditions. Throughout this document the terms 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to Huntington Travel Inc. and the terms 'you' and 'your' refer to you as the user. Credit Card PaymentIt is understood that you consent and authorize the use of passenger and/or 3rd party credit card information to guarantee a booking, applicable for flights, hotels, and/or car rentals. You acknowledge and agree that the chargeable amounts as shown in the booking are agreed to by you and your clients. It is also understood that you have perform due diligence prior to accepting payments by client and/or 3rd party credit cards. All credit card payment slips be signed by the credit card holder and must be validated and authenticated. It should be noted that your agency will be unconditionally responsible and liable for any future chargebacks, refusal of payment or for any other issues in connection with the credit card. Your use of this website to make an on-line payment for all bookings through Huntington Travel Inc. constitutes your agreement to be bound by its terms & conditions, written and implied. PricesAll prices quoted are in Canadian dollars. All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. This is because the airlines and Service Providers may change the prices at any time. This contract permits price increases except that no price increases are permitted after the customer has paid in full. Any and all government related taxes, fuel surcharges and price increases due to circumstances beyond the control of Huntington Travel Inc., will be charge accordingly and will be collected from you prior to release of travel documents. Group BookingsAll group reservations may be requested by phone or by sending an email to groups@huntingtontravel.com. Group bookings may not be booked electronically. A group is defined as minimum of 10 passengers travelling on the same flight/hotel and date. Groups may be subject to terms and conditions determined by each individual airline and hotel. Modification and change feesAirfares (when purchased through Huntington Travel Inc.) are subject to rules and cancellation fees. Regardless of when the booking was made, some airfares may become non-refundable once the tickets are issued. Terms and conditions governing the selected airfares are provided at the time of booking. Other services such as hotel and car rentals are governed by the terms and conditions of their respective suppliers at the destination. You hereby agree to abide by the given terms and conditions when making a hotel or car rental reservations. Refund for unused services, be it flights; hotels and/or car rentals are also governed by the terms and conditions of their respective suppliers and strictly abided by Huntington Travel Inc. We will not be liable for any refund exceeding the amount as agreed between us and our suppliers. Huntington Travel Inc. reserves the right to retain a reasonable fee according to the work performed on the file. Voluntary changes to your itinerary may require additional payment in fees and new fare differential. DocumentationPlease review your itinerary on the confirmation email and or e-tickets to ensure that all information and documents are correct. It is your responsibility to check validity of your client's passport and entry visas to their selected destination. The traveler is responsible for obtaining the valid documents required by government authorities. Kindly be advised that entry into any country is at the sole discretion of the immigration/customs officer of that country even if the required information and travel documents are complete, in which case the traveler will not be entitled to any refund from the carrier, supplier and/or Huntington Travel Inc., Huntington Travel Inc. assume no responsibility in this regard. Special conditions apply to children travelling with only one parent. Child rate, in most cases, apply to children 3 through 9 years of age; however, the applicable ages may vary by supplier. Infants, under 2 years of age, may travel for free or at 10% of the adult fare depending upon the destination and the carrier's policy. Free travel or infant fares do not guarantee a seat for the infant on any airline, tour bus, or train nor does it permit any baggage allowance. If an infant turns 2 years old while in destination, a round-trip child fare must be purchase prior to travel, except if otherwise specified by the airline. Infants under 6 weeks may require a doctor's certificate to travel. BaggageHuntington Travel Inc. will provide information on baggage allowances only when tickets are purchased through us. Baggage allowances vary by airline and as such, it is the traveler's responsibility to contact all airlines directly for information regarding their specific policies. Any charges for excess baggage (when authorized by the carrier) must be paid by the traveler directly to the airline. Check In TimeCheck-in time at airports is 3 hours prior to departure of your flights. It is the responsibility of the travel agent to inform their respective clients of reconfirmation requirements for their flights prior to departure of each flight on their itinerary. Destination and Living conditionsPlease note that living standards and practices at the destination and the standards and conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodations may differ from those found in Canada. Seat SelectionSeat requests will be honored wherever possible, however they cannot be guarantee final seat allocation is at the sole discretion of the airline. Some airline companies offer seat pre-selection at the time of booking. If they do not, seats are assigned on a "first come, first served" basis by the agent representing the airline company at the airport. Hotel RatingsStar ratings are provided by third party suppliers and can differ from official grading. The rating is relative to general standards in each destination, so a four-star hotel in one destination can be different to a four-star hotel in another. Hotel Check-In & Check-outDue to hotel housekeeping requirements, regardless of flight times, hotel check-in is normally after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Hotel check-out time is normally 12 noon. InsuranceTo protect against cancellation charges, we strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation Protection and Travel Interruption Insurance. Cancellation insurance must be purchased at time of initial deposit. In the event of illness, medical and hospital expenses are the traveler's responsibility and no refunds will be made, partial or total, for the purchased tour. We urge that you purchase adequate Cancellation, Health and/or Comprehensive inclusive insurance from your travel agent. Role and Limited LiabilityThe travel products and services offered in this website are products and services of independent companies known as service providers over which Huntington Travel Inc. has no control and as a result, cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage or other claim which may occur as the result of any wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omissions on the part of the independent supplier, agent, its employees or others who are not under the direct control or supervision of Huntington Travel Inc. or for defects or failures of any vessel, aircraft, vehicle or other instrumentality which is under the control of an independent supplier; or loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise, resulting directly or indirectly from any Acts of God, dangers, incidents at sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, or wars (whether declared or not), hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, medical epidemics, quarantines, or customs regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations or alterations in itinerary due to schedule changes, or from any causes beyond its control. Further, Huntington Travel Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from insufficient or improperly issued passports, visas or other legal documents. All coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by Huntington Travel Inc. are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms, and conditions under which any services are provided by such hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, ship lines or owners or contractors or by their person in employ. Huntington Travel Inc. (when deemed necessary) reserves the right to cancel any itinerary or any part of it or to make any alterations to the itinerary (including, but not limited to, alterations to substitution of hotels), and decline to accept or to retain any person as a tour passenger should such person's health, mental or physical condition, in the sole opinion of Huntington Travel Inc., impede the operation of the tour of the other passengers. In such a case, Huntington Travel Inc. will refund any monies that can be recovered for the unused portion of the tour, taking into account any additional charges incurred. Other than to refund such sum, Huntington Travel Inc. will accept no further liability or obligation toward that person or third party. Force Majeure/Act of GodHuntington is not responsible or liable for changes or cancellations made that relate to or arise as a result of hostilities, acts of war or threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics or health risks, technical problems with transport as well as flight delays due to weather or for mechanical reasons, government action, closed or congested airports or ports, supplier insolvency, governmental acts and other events beyond our control. The National Hurricane Center in Miami considers June 1st to November 30th inclusive Hurricane Season. This must be taken into consideration when you book your vacation. You agree that Huntington does not assume any responsibility, and is not liable, for the costs or other consequences that arise out of or result from inclement weather conditions at any time of the year. Agent Rewards and IncentivesHuntington is not liable for any taxes on all rewards, vouchers and incentives. PrivacyHuntington Travel Inc. recognizes that all personal information is private and confidential. Huntington Travel Inc. fully supports and is committed to complying with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, the new Canadian legislation enacted to protect the privacy of the individual. Intellectual PropertyThe names, images, and logos identifying Huntington Travel Inc. are proprietary marks and owned or licensed to us and are protected by Canadian and International intellectual property laws. Copying our logos and/or any other third party logos accessed via this website is not permitted without prior approval from the relevant copyright owner.
